Rose is a former State Bar investigator who has 14 years experience in investigations of attorney misconduct cases. Rose is a skilled researcher and interviewer who is Franklin Covey Trained in Trust in Leadership, Unconscious Bias and Speed of Trust. She has an Associates Administration of Justice from Colorado Technical University. Rose is a former Lead at Phoenix Municipal Court and currently works as a Special Investigator for a policing body in Arizona.
